Purchase To place an order you can call us on

credit cards. Please note a 2.5% surcharge applies on payments by American
Express.

Shipping And Handling All deliveries are insured and have to be signed for, if no one is available to sign for your delivery you will be left a calling card with contact details for rearranging delivery to a convenient time. Please allow an extra 5 working
days for cheque clearance if paying by cheque. All claims for delivery
shortages and damages must be notified in writing by post, fax or email
within 72 hrs of signing for the delivery, any claims for shortages or
damages reported after this time limit will not be accepted.
Orders for next day deliveries can be taken until
2.00pm. Next day delivery to UK mainland is £9.99 regardless of weight.

Returns
Policy You may cancel your purchase within 7 days from
the date of delivery by calling 0870 6092363 and obtaining a returns
number. Providing we receive the goods within 7 days of issuing a returns
number and in their original packaging and condition you will be refunded
the price paid within 30 days from the date on which we received the
goods. All returns are to be sent to The following exclusions apply
to the refund policy stated above:
Goods that are received after
the time period stated above but within 30 days will be subject to a
restocking charge and will only be accepted at Sun Infosys Limited’s discretion and with
prior written agreement. Goods over 30 days old will not
be accepted for refund. Goods that are not in their
original packaging and condition are excluded.
Delivery charges are excluded
(for Business and Trade Customers
only). Faulty Products: In the unlikely event that you
receive a faulty product or your product becomes faulty we will
repair/replace (at our discretion) the product. Please call 0870 6092363
to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number so that you can send the faulty
product back to us. The Returns Authorisation Number must be clearly
marked on the outer packaging of the goods you return, a copy of your
invoice must also be sent with the goods, any goods returned without an
authorisation number or copy invoice will not be accepted. All returns are
to be sent to Sun Infosys
Limited at the buyers
own cost and risk. The cost of returns to Sun Infosys Limited is not covered by the
product warranty. Returns
procedure: If you would like to make a return, please
call us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number, this must be clearly
marked on your returned goods, a copy of your invoice must also be sent
with the goods, any goods returned without an authorisation number or copy
invoice will not be accepted. The buyer will be responsible for ensuring
that all returns are delivered to Sun Infosys Limited and for providing proof of
delivery of such return, the cost of such returns is not covered by the
Product warranty.
